What is included in a standard clean?
We specialise in detailed weekly, fortnightly and monthly house cleaning. All inclusions are listed on our Service Page.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold ten million dollars in public liability insurance and our cleaners are covered under workers compensation insurance.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Yes. Every cleaner holds a current police clearance and completes thorough screening before joining our team.
Do your cleaners have Working With Children Checks?
Yes. Every cleaner has a current Working With Children Check which is required for homes, schools and NDIS environments.
What if my regular clean falls on a public holiday?
If your clean is scheduled for a public holiday we can move it to the closest available day or skip it if you prefer.
What is a cleaning evaluation?
A cleaning evaluation is an onsite visit where we meet with you to understand your cleaning needs, answer your questions and prepare a tailored quote.
Do you quote by the hour?
Commercial, office, education and childcare spaces are quoted per job based on your requirements. Regular house cleaning has estimated pricing available on our Pricing Page.
Do you offer NDIS cleaning?
Yes. We provide NDIS cleaning for both self managed and plan managed participants with weekly, fortnightly or monthly options.
What areas do you service?
We service metropolitan Melbourne and the north western and north eastern regions of Victoria including nearby regional areas.
Do you work after hours?
Residential cleaning is completed Monday to Saturday between eight in the morning and five in the afternoon. Commercial and office cleaning is usually completed outside business hours.
How do I pay?
We send invoices by email which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card within twenty four hours.
Do you wash dishes or empty the dishwasher?
Dishwashing is not included in regular residential cleaning although it can be included in office cleaning if required.
Do your cleaners undergo training?
Yes. All cleaners complete both video based and hands on training to ensure they meet our standards before entering any home or workplace.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We provide all products and equipment required for your clean. Eco friendly and allergy safe products are available on request at no additional cost.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes. We try to send the same cleaner to every recurring service to ensure consistency and trust.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients provide secure access so we can clean while they are away. Keys and access information are always handled with care.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least forty eight hours notice if you need to change or cancel your clean. Cancellations within twenty four hours may incur a fee in line with our Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer one off or deep cleans?
Yes. We offer deep cleaning for move in and exit cleans, seasonal cleans and pre event refreshes.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
If something has not been finished properly, let us know within twenty four hours and we will return to fix it at no cost as part of our guarantee.
