Once you schedule an appointment with Mishal & Co Cleaning, that time is set aside just for you. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours, or if we arrive and cannot access your home, we will charge 50 % of the agreed service price. We’re happy to reschedule, subject to availability. If we need to cancel an appointment, we’ll let you know at least 24 hours in advance; if we can’t, we’ll offer you one free cleaning.
