Mishal & Co Cleaning is a service-based business providing residential, commercial, NDIS and post-construction cleaning services.
We do not sell or ship physical goods, and therefore no shipping, handling or delivery of products applies to our operations.

This Shipping Policy explains how service confirmations, digital communication and appointment details are delivered to you.


No Physical Shipping

Mishal & Co Cleaning does not ship items of any kind.
We do not offer postage, courier services, parcel delivery or freight services.

As a service provider, all bookings relate to in-person cleaning services supplied at the customer’s nominated address.


Service Delivery

All services are delivered in person by our trained and insured Mishal & Co Cleaning team at your home, property or workplace.

Following a booking:

You will receive confirmation by email or phone.

Any service details, reminders or adjustments will also be delivered electronically.

No physical mail or shipped items will be sent to you.


Appointment Confirmation

After placing a booking or enquiry:

You will receive an automated or manual confirmation from admin@mishalcleaning.com.au.

Additional information may be provided by our administration staff or by your assigned cleaner.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly.


Changes to Bookings

As a service business, changes relate to your appointment, not to shipped goods.

We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes within our scheduling availability.

No shipping means no delivery exceptions—however, we may decline a booking if the location falls outside our service region.


Digital Documents

Any documents relating to your service such as invoices, quotes, agreements or receipts are sent electronically only.

We do not send paper mail or physical copies unless arranged under special circumstances.
