How often can my business book cleaning?
We focus on regular cleaning. Tell us whether you need daily, several times a week or weekly visits, and we’ll discuss a schedule that fits the work.
Can cleaning happen outside business hours?
Tell us when the building is quieter. We’ll discuss timing, access and security when we put the quote together.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Mishal & Co generally provides cleaning supplies and equipment. We’ll confirm any special products, surfaces or storage needs before work starts.
What do you need for a quote?
The business address or suburb, type and approximate size of the workplace, cleaning frequency and the areas you want covered. You can add what isn’t working with your current cleaning, too.
Can we walk through the workplace first?
Yes, a visit helps us understand the layout, access and surfaces. Choose “Book a Site Visit” on the enquiry form if you’d like to arrange one.
Can we change the cleaning tasks later?
Yes. If your hours, rooms or foot traffic change, let us know and we can review the tasks and schedule together.
What if an area is missed?
Get in touch and tell us what needs attention. We’ll discuss the issue with you and how to put it right, so you’re not left repeatedly following up.
Do you clean clinical treatment areas?
General commercial cleaning doesn’t replace a practice’s infection prevention procedures. We’d need to discuss the tasks, products and your protocols before including any treatment area in a quote.
